Inspired by the work of Modigliani, this
painting contains a mix of subjects Art Jonker chose to take on
as a challenge: fruit, nature, liquid in a glass, and the human
body. It is symbolic of beauty, bounty and the
celebration of life. Art Jonker planned this painting for
Vancouver's Baccanalian Wine Festival, an event he has
exhibited in year after year.
