In his sketching, Art Jonker stumbled
upon a form that struck him with its innocent beauty.
In creating this painting, he wanted also to portray the
sumptuous nature of the female nude. Perhaps the subject
is lost in reverie, without a care as she enjoys the relaxing
motion of brushing her hair.
